Long Bay Baptist is looking to add to our pastoral team. This is a role as Assistant Pastor with a particular responsibility for our Chinese community. Our work amongst Chinese has grown over the past few years has grown and we now need someone who will help make more of it. Our goal is to be one church and so we are not looking for an independent Chinese congregation but integration as well as Chinese specific work. With those thoughts in mind being bilingual (English and Mandarin) and NZ trained (or in training) will be part of what we are looking for.

In the first instance the role is for 20 hours per week for 3 years but we are hoping that this will grow and become permanent.
